Dean’s area of focus is strategy development and evaluation, especially for private sector organisations who interface with regulators and government agencies. With deep experience in organisational leadership and governance, Dean has been a trusted advisor to Boards, CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs across both the public and private sectors. His insights have guided top decision-makers through critical business transformations and complex challenges. Dean holds a masters degree in economics and a post graduate qualification in accounting. Dean is a Chartered Accountant, and member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and a member of the Institute of Directors (NZ), the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Directors (UK).
